Casino Queen is situated in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. A total of one hundred and fifty beds and seven penthouses accessible at the gambling hall. The casino coverstwenty-seven thousand five hundred square feet and presents numerous features. In addition to gaming, Casino Queen offers a twenty five hundred passenger paddle wheeler, a one hundred and forty lot trailer court and effortless access to MetroLink light-train station.
